1. Process Procedure:
Because of alloy pipes’ different manufacturing processes, they are divided into hot-rolled (extrusion) seamless and cold drawn (rolled) Seamless two. Cold drawn (rolled) pipe is divided into circular pipe and shaped pipe.
2. 15CrMo alloy tube Process Overview:
a. rolled (extrusion seamless): ro und tube perforation → heating → three-roll rolling, rolling or extrusion → detached → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → billet tube → straightening → hydrostatic test (or testing) → mark → storage. b. cold drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipe: round perforated tube → heating→ annealing → pickling → Heading oiled (copper) → multi-pass cold drawn (rolled) → heat treatment → straightening pipe billet straight → hydrostatic test (testing) → mark → storage.
15CrMo alloy pipe is one kind of seamless steel pipe, and its performance is much higher than the average of seamless steel tubes, because the steel contains Cr more inside. It can bear high temperature, and corrosion is better than other seamless pipes performance, so alloy tube is more widely in the petroleum, chemical, electric power, boiler and other industries. Competitive Advantage ·We can provide special specification pipes according to customers’ requests. ·We are also a manufacturer, so we can provide the products in conformity with your requirements rapidly. ·Our company has rich technical force and advanced production equipment and coordinated advanced test equipment and method.
