20CrNiMo Alloy Seamless Steel Pipe

20CrNiMo was originally steel number 8620 in the American AISI and SAE standards. The hardenability performance is similar to that of 20CrNi steel. Although the Ni content in the steel is half that of 20CrNi steel, due to the addition of a small amount of Mo element, the upper part of the austenite isothermal transformation curve moves to the right; and due to the appropriate increase in Mn content, the hardenability of this steel is still very good, and the strength It is also higher than 20CrNi steel, and can also replace 12CrNi3 steel to manufacture carburized parts and cyanide parts that require higher core performance. 20CrNiMo can withstand a certain temperature in addition to good comprehensive properties because it contains molybdenum.

Quenching 850ºC, oil cold; Temper 200ºC, air cooling.

 

Delivery Status

Delivery in heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or no heat treatment condition, the condition of delivery shall be indicated in the contract.
