Lead Pipe/Tube Features

1.Good corrosion resistance, resistant to corrosion by sulfur dioxide, 60% hydrofluoric acid, acetic acid with a concentration of less than 80%, and 15% to 65% sulfuric acid. The maximum allowable temperature is 140°C.

2.Easy to roll, forge or weld. However, it has soft properties, poor mechanical strength, high density, and low thermal conductivity. If necessary, it should be armored with steel pipes to increase its pressure resistance. When installing, it should be installed in a wooden trough, or placed in a trough made of split steel pipes or angle steel to prevent it from deforming and sagging.

Lead Pipe/Tube Application

Widely used in sulfuric acid industry and organic industry for processing acidic materials. It can also be used to shield radiation in medical equipment and radiation in nuclear materials.
